A component of the student's transition services include an individually well-tailored "work-study" program. The Transition Coordinator places students in jobs that fit their interest level. We provide a job coach, when necessary, and students receive financial compensation. We have placed students at florists, bike shops, virtual reality entertainment centers, restaurants, beauty supply stores, music stores, organic hydroponic farms, an auto body shop, and book stores just to name a few.

A High School to College Transition Program that opens the door to high education. College admission becomes a step closer for special needs students at The Rugby School. Seniors may register for up to four classes; two in the fall semester and two in the spring semester.
